1. First come first serve basis.

2. Products are handmade, items will not be 100% identical to one another.

3. Colours of images will appear different due to different settings of computers.

4. We will not be responsible for any lost or damages products.

5. We do not do refunds.

6. Backout buyers will be BLACKLISTED.

7. Items will be reserved after 3 days of confirmation.

8. Full payment have to be done within 3 days of confirmation via HSBC or Maybank.
( Bank account number will be given via confirmation. )

9. Postage will be done on Monday and Wednesday.
( Will be brought forward to the next day due to public holidays. )

10. Products sold are all BRAND NEW.

11. Spend RM50 and above, entitled for a mystery gift.

12. Prices of products are not inclusive of postage.

13.Poslaju:Rm6 (WM) Rm8 (EM).

-Pos Express:Rm2.50,Rm3.(only recommended for small items)

14.C.O.D'z:Taipan, Subang Parade, Nineteen, Glenmarie(FOC, pls understand that time and day depends on my availibility)
